Today we present in detail the MONTINI 96V special electric forklifts, with 6 and 7-ton capacity, for the paper industry.
The models with a rated capacity of 6000 kg and 7000 kg, in the COMPACT, CONTAINER and LOW versions, are suited to various applications, even the most demanding, in the paper making industry, being tailor-made to meet the needs of intensive handling operations, such as for example, storing and transporting loads in confined spaces or loading and unloading containers.
MONTINI SUPER STEERING
MONTINI SUPER STEERING, the rear axle steering up to 101° has been designed and built by MONTINI and is supplied as standard on the entire MR LOW, COMPACT and CONTAINER range from 6 to 7 tons.
These forklifts, equipped with latest generation twin-motor traction, independently controlled in alternating current (AC), combined with an electronic differential and Super Steering, are capable of working and moving in confined spaces, providing the operator with maximum manoeuvrability and guaranteeing the best driving experience.
The shorter length and the tight rear steering angle on the MR COMPACT forklifts, thanks to their being equipped as standard with rear axle steering up to 101° (MONTINI Super Steering), means they can work and move easily in tight and confined spaces.
COMFORTABLE CAB AND SEAT
The cabs on the MR COMPACT forklifts are spacious and customisable to guarantee maximum comfort for operators.
The driver’s seat, together with all the main control devices, can rotate hydraulically up to 90° (optional), providing the operator with maximum comfort and visibility in all working conditions, also reducing the risk of occupational disorders.
Optimum visibility is guaranteed by a 360-degree view, also thanks to the all-glass panoramic cab (optional).

MONTINI MR 6 and MR 7 forklifts, in the COMPACT, CONTAINER and LOW versions, can be equipped with different hydraulic controls to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity, as well as exceptional driving comfort.
Joystick hydraulic control.

HIGH-AUTONOMY BATTERY
- MR 6 – MR 7 COMPACT with 96V batteries, from 1085Ah to 1135Ah.
- MR 6 – MR 7 LOW with 96V batteries, from 1000Ah to 1104Ah.
- MR 6 – MR 7 CONTAINER with 96V batteries, from 1000Ah to 1104Ah.
The 96V batteries guarantee maximum autonomy for handling long work shifts.
Changing the battery is quick and easy. It is carried out mechanically (standard), using a second forklift or pallet jack.
