MONTINI extends its range of special electric forklift trucks with the new MR 2.0 ENERGY series, featuring 4 wheels, load capacity of 2000 kg and the possibility of great autonomy thanks to being equipped with either 48V lead-acid batteries with capacities from 630Ah up to 1020Ah, or with 48V-525Ah lithium-ion batteries, which are highly technological and composed of lithium, iron and phosphate.
Specifically, these are two forklift truck models (MR 2.0 ENERGY and MR 2.0 GA ENERGY) ideal for indoor work, in tight aisles, to manage logistics for production, intensive work applications and to meet the specific needs of the end users.
MONTINI SUPER STEERING, the rear axle steering up to 101 degrees, standard on these forklift trucks, guarantees the possibility of:
- steer like a 3-wheel forklift, in the tightest and most limited manoeuvring spaces;
- benefit from maximum manoeuvrability and easy operation;
- guarantee a safe and stable load handling.
As standard, hydraulic distributor with manual levers. Optionally, the forklift truck can be fitted with a hydraulic distributor and different types of hydraulic controls: joystick, fingertips or pilot levers.
Equipped, as standard, with twin-motor traction with innovative alternating current (AC) electronic inverter technology and CAN-Bus communication and with motors with integrated gearboxes without hydraulic brakes, these models can be optionally equipped with the patented CSM (Confort Security Montini), i.e. fitted with nitrogen hydropneumatic suspension on the rear steering axle. This system is designed to significantly reduce impact and vibrations transmitted to the operator and the forklift, while increasing stability and comfort.
